      Pros

      The pay was about twice minimum wage Food is great

      Cons

      Ridiculously corporate. You are required to say the dumbest scripted dialogue and give people a "sauce tour" of the stinking sauces. You are under a microscope at all times, you are required to attend ridiculous pep rallies every day before work where you actually chant dumb cheers and a guy wanders around in a pink pig suit. As a bartender, you never knew where the heck your tips were going. EVER.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, evenings and weekends to work around f/t day job, variety, fairly easy. Earn tips. Not as much as a server, but helpful considering the wage.

      Cons

      One of the managers in particular has a fragile ego/insecurities and tends to go on power trips. He takes out his mood on employees. There are also favorites, and if you are not one of them he does not treat you well. Yelling, condescension, snide comments, etc. Some employees have worked there for MANY years and still make the same wage they did when they were hired. Experience, leadership & training needs to be recognized and rewarded.
