Small company so not a lot of job opportunities.

Easy commute in Lehigh Valley (right off 78). Free medical coverage for employees.

Uncomfortable desks and chairs in call center. Constant changing faces. People laid off one day for lack of work then new people starting following week with no explanation. Everyone hates their job but has no place else to go in recession. And I lost 2 vacation days because hurricane sandy knocked out power in the office and we couldn't come to the office. Everybody is related in management so no advancement or raise of any kind.
