Underpaid Role and Complacent Management - Coordinator Familywise Employee Review

I had a passive supervisor that didn't speak up when they witnessed colleagues doing or saying problematic things, didn't hold people accountable, would put other colleague's work on my plate when those colleagues didn't respond to their emails. Other cons include: - Being underpaid - No room for upward mobility/career growth - Complacent management that gives a lot of lip service, but doesn't follow through with action.
