      Amazingly good benefits offered. Great managers that are on your team. Great mission statement, and work life balance.

      Cons

      Lots of long and often unnecessary meetings. Not very good adherence to agile principles at the administrative level, leading to lots of wasted work.

      Well, I am not horse-whipped

      Cons

      If mediocrity and little work are your thing, then this is the place for you! The leadership, if you can call it that, has such rapidly changing goals, they really don't know what they are doing. Invent a problem, and then solve it seems to be their mantra. They have no idea how to develop people or get the most out of people. Just let the herd run wild.
