Pros
Family Tree is as it states is “Family” oriented the supervisors and staff treats you as such. If you are challenged in anyway the supervisors and staff members are quick to assist you in the best way possible, they also check in with the caregivers to make sure you and the clients are always okay and if you feel uncomfortable in any form the supervisors will quickly respond to assist with placing you with someone else that is more suitable or compatible with your personality. Working with Family Tree has made me love what I do even more because I do not feel pressured or stressed when it comes on to working with them. I feel at my best when I think about going to work because even if you didn’t have a passion for caregiving you will eventually develop that working for them. The clients have their challenges however, I haven’t had much to complain about when I was placed with any. Scheduling also put you in an area that is closest to your home which I think is awesome so the only struggle I have is not overworking myself due to how much I enjoy what I do.
Cons
There’s not much downside working with Family Tree the only problem you would encounter is if you do not own a car to be more mobile to travel to your clients that is of a far radius from where you reside.
