Pros

Ability to make your own schedule with varying hours, Supervisors are very understanding and helpful, Reimbursement for mileage is reasonable but not up to the federal rates, hours count for BOSW & BBHT licensures. Having a fuel efficient vehicle is something to consider before applying, you average driving (paid driving time) between 250-350 miles per week.

Cons

Training period was relatively short. Although it seems that you are ready to work with clients, there are many technical details of the computer records, coordination and other daily keeping pieces such as mileage and hour tracking which could increase the efficiency of mental health practitioners. They have a shortness of supervisors able to provide clinical supervision towards licensure.
