Some staff received written and verbal warnings for infractions that either were reported incorrectly from real events, or often were breaches of "rules" that were not written down anywhere and could not be justified by management when questioned. Other technicians were never disciplined for inappropriate discussions with clients around. False reports by senior employees were filed against newer technicians who were less favored, with leadership often bringing up concerns with their own reputations and job security when employees expressed they were concerned about experiencing discrimination.
