Great location with a great mission. Their philosophy is fantastic and truly positions the organization to offer a quality, equitable education for all.

Unfortunately, the leadership of the school has decided that profits are more important than people. They have watered down the educational offerings so that the children in their care are not getting a quality education. They've reduced staff so much that they are not meeting the basic requirement for their funders (Head Start) and are not meeting/serving the needs of the people they say they serve. Staff are miserable. New leadership hired in 2023 came in with bloated salaries and perspectives that they knew more than the experienced educators that already existed in the organization. Unfortunately, the quality of the program has eroded so much that it is little more than a daycare, even with the remaining great people that stayed. There is more work than anyone can handle, so the high level of services and education that was once offered, are now no more. Staff is run into the ground trying to meet basic requirements. It's heartbreaking to see a program decline so drastically. I imagine that it will just get worse given the current decline of federal oversight and education dollars.
