In many ways, it's a low key place. People are not uptight about dress or appearance. The mission of the organization is important.
Cons
Where do I begin? I have only terrible memories of the time I spent here. There is so much favoritism in the office. Just a mean, judgemental, critical sense that permeates everything. Much is expected of employees who are not rewarded with decent salaries. This is an important organization that really should do more good. Instead employees are overworked and under appreciated, and all too often the mission of the agency is ignored.
