The job can be very stressful so if you plan to stay for a long time, your heart has to be in it.

Upper management is super condescending. The pay is terrible. They tell you not to talk about your pay with your peers and avoid giving raises. They handled covid terribly, particularly for the lowest paid workers. Want everyone cross training so you can do more work for the same pay.
