The people that worked there were amazing and gave great service. Truly passionate about their jobs and tried to make the best out of a place that gave them little back in return.
Cons
Never got a raise, the higher up management never listened to NE staff…it was always the Texas way. Higgins would always lie about closing any of the Nebraska facilities down so staff would stay on to fill his pockets with money. The work load was getting to be outrageous and the lack of support from upper management regarding issues of patient safety was absolutely astounding. The building was only two years…about to be three years old and yet everything was breaking in it. The Rise Recovery program run out of this place, owned by Dan Hobson, didn’t care about providing the best to each recovering addict. This program was only after peoples money and it showed terribly right until the closure of papillion. Lots of inappropriate patients for the program were allowed to stay and the admission staff in Texas were all recovering addicts who cannot properly screen people who were wanting to get in for help. None of them were medical staff and yet they bossed the medical staff around.
