Pros
The management really encourages a fun and relaxed atmosphere. You are cross trained for every position so it makes for a great first job because you get a little bit of experience in everything: cashier, cook, game tech, server (if you're one of the lucky few to be selected), and leadship (monitoring laser tag and the skate floor).
Cons
During the busy season it can be very stressful and if you're a good employee they expect a lot out of you. 45 minute clean ups can be a challenge and I was once told, "if you're not sweating, you can do it faster".
