Great benefits/pto good mission - Associate Family Forward Employee Review

You feel good about working for FamilyForward and seeing the success stories. I love my co-workers, the agency cares for the employees, great PTO/Holiday/time-off. Self-care is encouraged and management is helpful. I feel appreciated and valued here.

There have been some growing pains in the past years but FamilyForward is actively working on its culture and what it can offer to its employees.

Able to take off if needed and able to flex hours—sometimes—if I would work late. Liked the clients, for the most part Mission was very important to me. 401K

Lack of diversity Favoritism Some bullying—someone in management was very good at bullying and left over a year ago so then it somewhat improved, however the CEO was aware—very aware—and did not put a stop to it as she should have. Salary is NOT good at all.
