      Good commission. And good people

      Cons

      lack of communication, organisation, co ordination. Finding out where you would be working the night before so you could never plan your life. They claim that they weren’t expecting you to sign people up all the time. However there was one day of shadowing and then they expected you to start to sign people up straight away or they would let you go. Only one 3 hour training session.

      Pros

      Worked in the industry for a long time, this is the best company i've worked for. Really good culture, the training and conduct is very ethical and a far cry from commission only companies. Met some amazing people, learned a lot and wish the guys the very best
