Pros

I am not sure of the current benefits

Cons

You absolutely have to jump through hoops or obtain a release from this company. After you jump through the hoops you still may not obtain a release. There's a form to fill out, but FFL didn't give it to me, I got it from someone else. It's FFL form on their letterhead with their wording, but once you do it it's 95% impossible that anyone will sign it. Everone says its not their responsibility. Try another department. You wind up having to call each individual carrier directly and obtain a 90 day delayed release. Which means you may miss prime sales windows for the next company.

* Paid well for your performance * Extra Bonuses for Production * Unlimited Income Potential * Incentive Trips * Work with Multiple Carriers (Not Captive)

Cons

* Training can vary based off the agency you're apart of * Chargebacks (sucks but it's apart of then job) * Self Employed so you'll pay for your own Health insurance * Have to pay for your own leads but that's also way you get paid so much
