Pros
If you are an experienced (already licensed and selling insurance) they have good carriers. If you don't need a lot of help, try getting under an upline as high as possible so you aren't stuck making low comp so everyone above you can rake in your money.
Cons
They market themselves as a non MLM company despite having hierarchies that require you to hire agents below you to get the comp that they advertise. You are told you can work your own schedule and hours but are scolded for taking off holidays, putting your family above your job and having any sort of work/life balance. You're told you aren't motivated or don't care about people if you want to work less than 80 hours a week or make less than $3M dollars, because your 'manager' or upline is making money off of you. Do not believe their 'no contracts' BS. I've seen them keep many agents captive because they were making them too much money off of them and don't want them to leave.
