I enjoy working for Family First Life! not many people can say that these days - enjoying your job is huge! I have the privilege to work from home, I get to watch my little one grow up right before my eyes, I get to enjoy a home cooked meal - breakfast lunch & dinner! landing this job has been a great blessing! My position in this company is as an agency admin, I'm not a insurance producer - but watching from the side, this is what I can say: The agency I work for is great, the VP is very inspirational and gives the team excellent motivation to achieve their goals. He offers hands on training daily, monthly will rent out Airbnbs to meet new agents, always has zoom up and running - ready to assist the agents with anything! He is educated, experienced and a hardworking manager, he knows how to build confidence in the team and show them they are able to work independently. I've seen insurance producers grow financially and flourish right before my eyes! The possibilities are endless, the income is uncapped, and the resources are countless. The agents have so much opportunity for growth - the number one thing I've learnt from them is this - 'just show up everyday'.. I've seen agents who make an effort, show up on zoom, do their calls, set their appointments day in and day out and just explode in this business! In this business it's all about what you put in and who you are surrounded with! Interview different agencies, get to know who they are and what they offer, every agency is different! Finding a good fit for you is important! Family First Life is a great organization to be apart of. Whether you are an agent or someone looking to be on staff, I can assure you, you will be taken care of.
