endless resources, access to all top producers, free training, endless resources for leads, not-captive, commission paid directly by the carriers.

Cons

best for independent individual who know how to discipline themselves. Otherwise very hard and difficult if you are looking for close mentorship. The challenge with the high lead cost will only come from 1.)lack of training, 2. lack of work (hours put in), 3.) lack of discipline.

- Seen some agents not get enough support (Find good upline) - Be ready to work it's entrepreneurship - Lead cost can be scary for some
