I came from another IMO... a "practice company" and they had horrible leads. FFL has a steady flow of fresh quality leads from multiple lead sources and are constantly improving and making sure we have cutting-edge leads and support around making them consistent for every agent regardless of where you are in the country.
Cons
We are the industry's fastest-growing IMO and agents from other IMO's are flocking from everywhere to join us unfortunitely that creates some discontent and haters from other IMO's wanting to bring us down. I've noticed fake press that has no validity just people's opinions that are lies.
