If 90% of an agents policies were gone 6 months later then that would be a sign that the agent is doing something wrong in the home. Most carriers will terminate your contract if you fall below a 70%. Unfortunately, some agents do not reach out for help when they deal with rejection or failure in the field and instead choose to blame the IMO. Being teachable is one of the most important factors for being successful here.

* Training can vary based off the agency you're apart of
* Chargebacks (sucks but it's apart of then job)
* Self Employed so you'll pay for your own Health insurance
* Have to pay for your own leads but that's also way you get paid so much
