Pros

Family First Life treats you like you would want to be treated--honest and forthright. FFL was founded on putting the families of both the insured and the agents first--hence the name. Unlike almost any other, agents' are vested from day 1(lifetime commissions). The commission rates are very fair, and raises can be earned every 2 months. Probably as important as anything, FFL's leadership and training are unmatched! I love the ability to make a living working for nobody but myself and my family and the families that I help to insure.

Cons

Although I do necessarily consider this a true con, FFL is commision only(you write your own paycheck every week). For someone that needs to be babysat, this probably isn't the place...but that's the point of being independent isn't it?

-A level sales training -High number of quality Insurance Companies to be contracted with -Flexible Schedule, 1099 Freedom

Cons

- Seen some agents not get enough support (Find good upline) - Be ready to work it's entrepreneurship - Lead cost can be scary for some
