Pros
FFL mirrors a personal development organization that happens to specialize in insurance. It's THE best company I've worked with and I've worked with more than a few. They help prepare you to pass the exam, provide satellite offices for meetings, get you appointed with carriers, offer the top compensation in the industry and provide all of the training you need to hit the ground running.
Cons
It's not specific to FFL but a lot of meetings / trainings are based on EDT, however, that's pretty standard throughout the industry.
