Pros

*Commission Level is highest in industry. *New agent training and continued training are unmatched. *Managers respond rapidly and are always available when needed. *They put clients first, then agents, then the higher management. *Truly changing the industry with the way they care for their people and it shows from the top down. Side note - This is my third insurance company and second IMO. For the first time I feel like I am working for a company that actually cares about helping people first, then making money second.

Cons

*Not for everyone. *Commission based (this is a pro if you have the right mindset) *Hard work but simple. *You are your own boss (again a pro if you have the right mindset) *Use your own car.

-A level sales training -High number of quality Insurance Companies to be contracted with -Flexible Schedule, 1099 Freedom

Cons

- Seen some agents not get enough support (Find good upline) - Be ready to work it's entrepreneurship - Lead cost can be scary for some
