      FDS has great pay and great hours. They also have good benefits.

      If you are a preschool teacher you have the summers off and that isn't great for most of us who need to work year-round.

      Basic non profit benefits, good time off with school schedule, not heavily micromanaged.

      Cons

      60 person case loads, pay the same for someone with smaller case load, hard work rule violations, high turnover, and 6 page job descriptions
