Pros

Cons

Was told to forget all my training from Amazon. Owner uses Fear monger culture to run his business. He tells you to only go through him on any situation so he can control everything (which is fine) Except once you've worked there for a while you understand why he does. That way his discrimination isn't noticed by other hire ups. Bonuses are promised when hired on. But even if your score stays above 800 he only give the Bonuses to the select few he favors where the majority don't see any Bonuses. I was told that once my probationary period was over with I would be getting paid my full 10 hour shift even if I finished my route early. I worked there for 6 rougjly 6 months and never got paid more than the time i was on the clock. BEWARE if you decide to give this company a shot and you put your 2 weeks in. He will change your route and over work you to try to leave or quit completely. (Also will not send a rescue vehicle to save you due to him wanting to over work someone that will not fall in line to what he wants. There is constant turn over and overall a very negative environment. I'm not sure why Amazon continues to contract with this company. Also it is hard to get an answer out of him for work related questions. Instead he will text back asking a question about a different subject, leave on read or put you down for something small you are doing wrong. No encouragement. There is no flexibility. If you need a day off it needs to be in 2 weeks in advance or hopefully it's on a day you have off. He will get mad if you call in or ask for the day off on short notice.
