Pros
FH has a great work force. Employees are hard-working and committed to contributing to the success of the organization. They have a good benefit package. In the past they had a good work/life balance, but there has been a backwards trend here.
Cons
Fallon Health is always reorganizing (or restructuring to give the pretense of doing it differently). They like to create an appearance of decisive actions, but they can’t execute. Instead of executing a viable reorg, and give it time to work, senior leadership responds with ‘knee-jerk’ decisions and exacerbates the risks rather than limiting them.
