Pros
People generally care for the members, just not at the management level. After I moved to another department things worked out for a short time.
Cons
Managers are pretty out of touch with workload expectations. Mostly they sit in meetings to determine the best course of action and then expect the employee to make it work. Also you will never advance in this company if you start working outside of the sales department. Fallon has never heard of cost of living increases. Also, managers play favorites big time, you better be a yes man to succeed
