Pros

Some managers are more flexible with remote work hours. Co-workers are nice.

Cons

Pay is low, and can't find/keep employees because of low pay and lack of remote work options. Even though we proved we could work from home FT during the pandemic, many were forced back to the office and senior management thinks they're doing employees a favor with that. Raises are not available outside of the annual review. No plans on giving a cost of living increase even though the company is WAY above their targets for 2022. Employees are forced to attend in-person, all-employee meetings multiple times a year when it can be done virtually.

Pros

Flexible with PTO, very thorough training, great colleagues, opportunity to grow with the company

Cons

Work-life balance can be tilted, management is often not flexible with communicated needs, "The reward for a job well done is more work."
