Pros
The culture at Fallon is terrific. We are a mission-driven organization that truly cares about the people and the communities we serve. The people that work at Fallon want to do well, and they want each other to do well. I have been at Fallon for 15 years and am still in the honeymoon phase.
Cons
As a not-for-profit organization, we don't always have the dollars and resources to do all of the things that we would like to do. That said, we have found numerous ways to be flexible and creative.
