Pros
The people in my department worked as a team to get things done. Upper management was okay Middle management could be more in the moment.
Cons
Not enough interaction between departments. Sometimes the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing. Also some departments didn't know how what they did daily affected the bottom line.
