Pros
Company is growing and expanding in different areas and parts. The employees are nice but management isn't so much but it's an ok company overall. They have a great education reimbursement.
Cons
Managers rarely promote from within. They are always bringing outsiders and expect those that have been working in the position to train the managers instead of promoting them.
