It was such a promising company. When I interviewed with them they said it was a chance to get in on the ground floor of a brand new technology.
Cons
Every time they got funding they spent the money as if it was water. Boom, they were broke again. VERY "Good Old Boy" management. If you are one of the Southwest Research clique you are all set. If not, they drive you out. No management training for Managers. They promote and assume you can manage as well as you Engineered, not the case. VERY inept middle managers.
