They had a very diverse workforce and pretty flexible hours.

Since Falkon doesn't have product market fit or a customer base to expand from, I think their time as a startup is near an end through a possible acquisition or dissolution. The repetitive hiring and firing of multiple sales teams and now elimination of their entire GTM team is indicative of a company to definitely avoid--only posting in case they decide to give another sales team a try and hoping to save someone a toxic experience. In 2023 alone, they hired & eliminated at least 7 sales people, giving them 1-3 months of ramp time in a chaotic & impossible environment. I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone, even an experienced ENT level AE.
