1. you will find that majority of the people do not want to share what they know. If you ask them a question, they will tell you to read the CDP/NSS admin guide. The CDP/NSS guide book has no detailed information on troubleshooting. 2. You are thrown into the fire without any formal training. You can take online training with no interaction from your manager or colleagues. 3. Most managers have to management experience on how to talk to employees and treat them like crap. 4. There is no raises or praise for your work. 5. You are told to come to your manager if you have questions, when you do he tells you to talk to your co-workers who tell you to read the guide, which is poorly written. 6. You are left to figure things out on your own. 7. There is no career path, I knew ppl that were there for 6-7 years doing the exact same job and for some of them this was/is their 1st job.
