Poor management, little to no training, the leadership is atrocious, decisions made on friendships and not skills, welcomed sexual harassment, unequal support based upon willingness to be belittled, line assignments based upon people the leader wants to hang out with and not by appropriate skill to task ratio, poor skill assessment of employees putting individuals at risk to cause injury when asked to perform tasks they do not adequately possess the strength to do, there is constant pursuits of blame shifting between departments and poor planning, little to no line assignment rotation causing economical body ailment issues After years of working all overtime offered to help the company, willingness to help in anything, giving blood sweat and tears after agonizingly crawling up the ladder to be kicked off and ostracized says a lot about the way this company is ran
