      pay is decent there are no other benefits for working here

      Cons

      expect way too much, they cherry pick your routes. the favorites get short easy routes. 300+ packages a day to the point where if you take your breaks you can't finish in time and will be written up

      Unrealistic quotas Do not care if you leave packages in plain sight Do not care if you throw packages Do not care if you fulfill customer delivery requests or not Imply you should drive fast/unsafely to stay on schedule Managers will constantly harass you if you are behind schedule Sometimes no time for bathroom breaks
