      -Great leadership -Very loyal to clientele -Great benefits -You can learn multiple things by working on different projects in the different industry verticals.

      -Fast paced -This is a great place to work but can be stressful at times with unpredictable and long work days.

      Pros

      Falcon Group is different from any place that I have ever worked. It is a fast paced, exciting atmosphere. When we say that no 2 days are the same, we really mean it. I have been exposed to people and opportunities here that I never dreamed of. The growth and earning potential are truly endless. While it can sometimes be demanding, and a little hectic the environment, and opportunities make it all worthwhile. As long as you can handle challenges and critical thinking daily, it is a great place to work.

      Cons

      The only cons are the time commitment. Working from home and on weekends is very common, but as stated above, you are rewarded for it.
