      orientation seemed to be pretty in depth and really prepared you for the field.

      Cons

      scheduling/HR is the worst ive ever worked with. Rigs are falling apart, terrible management as well.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
