You basically have to roll the dice to get a good partner who isnt brand new. The moment FALCK got bought out by a European company is when they started losing city contracts. Predatory prices for ambulances. Old equipment. Bad work culture. Save yourself a bad time and work IFT at a better place that has occasional 911 shifts.
