      Amazing hands on healthcare experience Great coworkers Experience working closely with Paramedics, RNs, Doctors etc See every corner of the city of San Diego

      Cons

      Company does not care about employees in the slightest Upper management and bosses are completely out of touch with what happens in the field Terrible pay Mandatory overtime Extreme burnout, busy days with no breaks Extremely high turnover rate leading to constantly understaffed system->gets taken out on YOU

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
