      Pros

      Great entry level job to the EMS world. However, get your experience and get out. You will learn the basics of running 911 calls and understand how to interact with patients. You will get plenty of practice with you skills due to the company having high call volume.

      Cons

      Pay is awful. 16.25 entry level. 25 cent raise for each pay step after that.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
