Pros
I worked here for over a year. The people were great that I worked with and I enjoyed the other EMT and Paramedics. The experience of being a 911 provider in Aurora, CO is unbeatable- especially for an EMT.
Cons
Management had little flexibility for sick days, PTO with limited raises after each year for EMTs. Minimum wage. Practically every new EMT hire starts on general transport- takes 6months to a year to be put on 911 despite adequate experience. Massive company that could definitely care more for its employees.
