      Great people/ supervisors 12 hour shifts Plenty of overtime Fun environment Great job for an EMT looking to get experience

      Equipment is overused IT issues Aurora fire can be difficult and rude Falck does not have medical control Not good to become a good paramedic

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
