      They are nice New gear Ok uniforms Got me new “ok” boots

      Cons

      Every pay day has been wrong They can’t keep retention They push you to go available at hospitals neglecting heating of food, eating, or water Can’t get there admin staff straight but will be quick to write up the field personal Refuse to adjust pay to match other paramedics Worst provider I’ve worked for in San Diego

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
