      The culture is focused on the customers and the employees and there is a clear intent to support career development.

      Many of the sites are steeped in legacy emplyment issues which takes a lot of energy to work through and can be disheartening.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
