      Good employees, most employees and managers are easy to talk to and approach.

      Cons

      Strange system for a paramedic, in that you aren't the only medic on scene/running the call.

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
