Pros
Multiple opportunities for overtime, if you put in the work you will get at least the pay.... company is still in a learning process.......
Cons
The base rate pay is not what is feel it should be, I've been working here almost 3 years and I make $14.02. If you work CCT or ALS as an EMT you'll get a 6% raise, but that puts our base rate at 13.22. Not very competitive in my opinion... Also our dispatchers are in "a learning process" and kinda suck right now.
