      +Good working hours: 12hrs, 24hrs or 48hrs +Qualified and friendly colleagues +Personal contact to employer +Flexible colleagues to working hours +Country side rescue service -> a lot of independency

      Cons

      -Some employees bully intern (especially the older ones who have a strong personal relationship with the boss) -Career possibilities are very limited -New idea is heard, but never implemented - The quality of the service is missing at the moment

      Experience, networking, friendships, schedules, that’s about it

      Cons

      There are a lot of them but it’s what you make of it. Keep your head down and don’t deal with management.
