      The company offers you different kinds of benefits like gift cards for purchasing clothes, there are snacks in the office, you can use their gym for free.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive. Once you get in, it is extremely hard to get a raise. You might be able to change your role, but payment will stay the same.
