Pros
THERE ARE NONE TO REPORT.
Cons
There is no professionalism in this company. The supervisor cusses and doesn't provide adequate training. You will be told one thing in the interview and when you are hired it's completely different. Caseloads are done by a favor system. Sensitive documentation about your personal information such as your social security card and bank info is submitted using standard gmail accounts for hackers to obtain. If you sign a contract, understand if you quit before two years, you will be charged the cost of the training and expenses. They will take you to court or take money from your account or from future income.
I feel the stability of this company will quickly diminish as time goes on. This starts at the head with limited communication and structure. There is no structure within this company. I feel client documentation isn't protected safely. The cabinets don't have locks on them. The owner of the company is not easily accessible leaving her "minions" to run things. But when things hit the fan the owner comes in and pretends to be on your side at first but after talking with others, the owner ultimately chooses the "minions". This is especially true even when you have documented information to back yourself up. The owner of the company will pretend to care when you "confide in her confidentially" about issues but then turns around and stabs you in the back.
There is only one supervisor and she has limited experience in management. A colleague of mine who still works there stated it's not looking good for this company and the way they treat people. She is actively looking as we speak. Massive turnover rate. Be warned, this company indicates they will have mileage reimbursement but you are not paid accurately (if at all) so watch your check, poor accountant management and the owner always had excuses for her.
